Big surprises in store at FFTSE

FFTSE Press Release

Only a few more weeks till Christmas - and less than six months till the Full Frontal Tile & Stone Expo (FFTSE) hits the Dome at Sydney Showground, from 17-19 April 2008.

As Australia's first dedicated tile and stone exhibition, this cutting-edge event will feature the largest display of new tile and stone products - many hot off the press from Italy, the world leader in tile design - ever assembled under one roof in Australia.

With more surprises than Santa ever dreamed of, FFTSE is a must for all architects, interior designers, property developers, builders, homeowners, renovators, importers, distributors and retailers of tile and stone products, plus tile fixers and stonemasons - anyone interested in latest trends, radical new products and cutting-edge technologies.

There will be dozens of exciting displays providing unlimited possibilities for interior and exterior design, including interactive tiles that change colour and 'shape' when exposed to water, heat or pressure, dynamic applications of natural stone, exquisite glass mosaic, and the revolutionary 3 mm Kerlite porcelain tile that is not only extremely flexible but bullet proof!

A host of comprehensive architectural, sustainability and tile and stone seminars will be held in two theatrettes within the Dome. The seminars will be co-hosted with Australia's leading independent journal of architecture, Architectural Review, and conducted by key industry experts, including members of Good Environmental Choice Australia (GECA), Australia's only environmental labelling program, which indicates the environmental performance of a product from a whole-life perspective for consumer goods.

Multi-award winning Australian architect Stephen Varady will design a stunning tile and stone display across 120 square metres of floor and wall space. A radical buyer's guide will be an invaluable resource for every visitor and exhibitor and a new and revolutionary 'product link' will connect exhibitors and visitors post show.

On top of this, FFTSE will unveil some innovative and exciting residential and commercial tiling projects that will be in the running for some amazing rewards.

Christmas comes but once a year and so does FFTSE - don't miss out, be at the Dome in April 2008.
