Rolf Offerhaus - ARDEX Australia

Rolf Offerhaus is the new Technical Services Manager at ARDEX Australia and a Director of the Australian Stone Advisory Association. Rolf has a PhD in Physical Organic Chemistry from the University of Bochum, Germany; and started his career as a Chemist with ARDEX Germany in 1995. He led a development group that conducted a wide range of research projects, including looking at special cement-based tile and stone adhesives for fixing sensitive natural stones without deformation or colour changes; special screeds with reduced cracking tendency; as well as dispersion-based tile adhesives and epoxy-based adhesives and grouts. Rolf was also the Head of Quality Control and chemical analysis Team Leader.
